Fees

I accept cash, checks, Venmo/PayPal/Zelle, and all major credit cards.

• Rate per 50 min for Dr. Alleman: $275

• Rate per 50 min for Dr. Mattingly: $200

• Sliding scale considered on a case-by-case basis

• Cancellation Fee: Less than 48 hours notice is Full Fee

PPO Insurance Information

I am not an in-network provider with any insurance companies. However, if you have PPO insurance, you may be eligible for compensation for a portion of my fee, as most PPO insurance policies offer partial reimbursement for psychotherapy.

I submit all insurance paperwork on my patient’s behalf using Reimbursify. This makes obtaining reimbursement for out-of-network mental health benefits much more manageable, which can otherwise be a frustrating and time-consuming process for patients. If a claim is rejected, the team at Reimbursify works on your behalf until it is accepted.
